Our client is looking to recruit a dynamic Sales Manager

Must be able to develop the business through a varied mix of sales and marketing activities.
Must have at least 5 years experience in a similar role
Develop the business in line with the company strategy with profit and loss responsibilities plus budgeting and forecasting
Formulating and implementing the sales and marketing plan
Leading and motivating the team of 4 sales executives to ensure targets are met

Ideal candidate should have excellent communications skills
A proven track record as a Sales Manager in sales, preferably within an electrical wholesale environment
Financial awareness.
Excellent communication and negotiating skills
Be determined and enthusiastic


This is a demanding role, therefore they are seeking an exceptional individual who is focussed, self-driven and can set an example to others around them.

Salary: £25K depending on experience
