We have a requirement for LOFT INSULATION INSTALLERS.

Applicants MUST LIVE IN BASINGSTOKE OR WITIN A 5 MILE RADIUS Applicants outside this area will not be considered I’m afraid.

You will be working at sites within the South of England which may, on occasion include having to stay in, overnight accommodation, which is paid for by the employer.

The basic hours will be 47.5 per week between 6am – 6pm Monday to Friday flexible.
Additional hours may be required so applicants need to be flexible.

DUTIES:
To install Loft Insulation and draught proofing in accordance with current BBA, Building
Regulations, manufacturers guidelines and good practice.

This is a physically demanding job that requires you to be able to load and unload the company vehicle, carry insulation and equipment from the van to each premises (on occasion this can be long distances), access lofts using step ladders, work in confined spaces which can be both very hot and/or very cold.
You will also be required to fit draft proofing insulation material to specified areas, remove debris, tidy up following completion and complete the necessary paperwork for each installation.

ESSENTIAL:
Full clean driving licence
Ability to work on own initiative with a “can do” attitude
Be self motivated
A good communicator with both customers and colleagues
All applicants will be required to undergo a Criminal Reference Check & a DVLA check at applicants expense.

HOLIDAY EHNTITLEMENT:
20 days plus all bank and public holidays

TRAINNING:
H&S training will be provided. Loft Insulation and draught proofing training will be provided
Further training courses are available following probationary period including Cavity Wall
Insulation (requirement to work in wet weather conditions), Gas safety training and C1 driver
training.

REMUNERATION
Salary £280 to £375 per week plus bonus depending on experience with ultimate min OTE of
£23,000 P/A paid weekly.
