Are you an experienced Administrator with extensive knowledge of travel arranging? If so we have an ongoing temporary role which may be perfect for you! We are looking for a committed team player to join a large organisation arranging extensive travel for a busy project.

The Role:

Duties will include but not be limited too:

·Liaising with personnel required to travel, collating all necessary travel documentation
·Obtaining and recording Passports and Visas as required, arranging visa documentation
·Obtaining correct authorisation for travelling
·Booking required mode of transport though in-house travel office
·Requesting and arranging accommodation and airport transfers as required
·Notification of travel requirements to relevant offices and personnel
·Updating Travel logs using Excel
·Other ad hoc admin duties as required

Who we're looking for:

The successful candidate will be dedicated and willing with strong MS office skills. You will need to demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and be able to organise and prioritise effectively. You will be able to work in a pressured environment and have superb communication skills.
