Requirements:
Forklift Licence – reachtruck and counterbalance
Level 1 Aviation Security (X-Ray security training to be given if not held).
Experience in airfreight – similar position.
Physically fit a must as a lot of manual handling of heavy loads.
Must have good written and spoken English.
Full and easily checkable work history for 5 years.
Key Functions:
Checking in of products into Logistics Warehouse
Locating freight in correct areas of warehouse
Updating Stock system using ASM
Dealing with clients requests in a timely fashion
Picking of customer orders as per their Sop’s
Ensuring that all documentation is correct, labels etc are correct
Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
Working to Health and Safety standards (Risk Assessments, Fire Drills)
Working in team of 6/8
Experienced at Supervising approximately 4 members of staff
Ensure Equipment is updated – i.e Pallets, Shrinkwrap, Booking in slips etc
Hours:
Earlies: 6.00 am to 2.00 pm
Lates: 10.30 am to 7.30 pm or finish Monday to Thursday.
Lates : 12.00 am to 9.00 pm or finish Friday.
