ATTENTION ALL EARLY RISERS
Postroom Administrator 6.00am – 1.30pm
10 month contract
Chelmsford, Essex
Up to £15,500
I am looking for a Postroom Administrator to join my client, a large financial services company based in Chelmsford. This position would best suit an early riser as the hours are 6.00am to 1.30pm and you will need to be a driver with your own transport due to the early start.
As Postroom Administrator you will be part of a busy postal room where you will be required to work as part of a team to ensure that deadlines are met. You will need excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, basic keyboard skills and ideally have some experience of using PC based printing systems.
Duties for this position will include:
• Opening incoming post and removing correspondence from the envelope
• Sorting incoming post into relevant work types
• Batching incoming post according to work type
• Delivering work to the scanning team promptly
To be considered for this position you will need to have previous post room experience and be flexible with regards to your working hours.
If you are interested in this position, please forward your CV to me now as my client is keen to start interviewing as soon as possible.
Please note that due to the volume of applications received only suitable candidates will be contacted.
Whilst not essential, if you are applying for this job, it would really help if your CV is formatted as simply as possible, without any boxes, headers, footers and borders etc.
