Production Administration Manager
Camberley
£25,000 + Pension, Parking, 20 days holiday, flexi benefits

Exciting opportunity to join expanding company to provide overall direction and management support to the production and reimbursement teams (12 staff) and maintain emission control of all vouchers printed, security of process in all areas, and meet agreed production and distribution deadlines.

Duties of the Production Administration Manager include:

Controlling departmental budget and reviewing forecasting of budget.
To recruit members of the team where new opportunities arise
Ensure regular communication and reviews are conducted with direct reports to ensure objectives are met.
To review training needs of all direct reports and maintain a log of training needs
Ensure timely processing of all returned vouchers.
Evaluate all significant discrepancies between announced and read vouchers.
Monitor sub-contacted services for their compliance to our requirements in all areas, conduct performance reviews quarterly with all business critical contractors.
Ensure implementation of business functionality and workflows in production department
Ensure we meet all production quality and productivity standards.
Evaluate on an on-going basis ability to reduce costs or improve productivity of equipment and personnel.
Maintain physical stocks of all necessary equipment and consumables to meet demand without interruption.
Ensure security of process and physical security is maintained at all times.

The Production Administration Manager will have knowledge of management models and systems, proven ability in decision making and managing various tasks at the same time, experience of managing staff, proven organisational skills, security clearance from both Metropolitan Police and Home Office (this will be carried out), knowledge of policy and procedure processes.
