THE ROLE:
We are looking for a full time temp to perm Helpdesk Administrator with previous experience of working within a similar role & excellent customer service skills to join a well established company and team of 4. The position will involve problem solving, tracking and allocating engineers to jobs and handling calls from customers. This is a 40 hour week, with the possibility to earn overtime. This role is based in Chessington and will be paying £8 per hour, once permanent the starting salary will be £17,000.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator with confidence and a proactive attitude. The successful candidate will be able to remain calm under pressure, deal with complaints and handle objections & have excellent customer service skills & a professional telephone manner. Driver preferred due to location.
