Full Description:

TCL/LJ 5077987-990: Our client seeks an ex officer (with detective experience and who has retired within the past 12 months from the Met.) for an assignment within the Brent division of its Territorial Policing directorate.

We are acting for the Metropolitan Police Service.

The post will be based in Wembley, HA0 and will be for 40 hpw, Mon-Fri, normal business hours.

This is anticipated to be, initially at least, a 1 month assignment.

Please note that under a special arrangement we have with a leading umbrella company, temps who elect to get paid under this route will receive, in addition to a higher hourly rate of pay, the following benefits which are not available under PAYE:

Essence of role:

Interviewing suspects victim and witnesses.

Investigating allocated enquiries, providing care for victim and witnesses preparing and submitting case files.

Indentifying and managing operational threats and risks, prepare for and participate in planned operations

*Must have at least CTC level security clearance in place

*ex Met officer with detective experience

*Must have retired no longer than 12 months ago
