The Role:
As the Part Time Temporary Administrator you will be responsible for ordering stationary and supplies, replenishing food and drinks machines, liaising with suppliers regarding negotiation contracts in order to cut costs and liaising with the landlord on building issues. This ongoing temporary role also involves general office admin including sending emails and reception cover. The hours for this role are 1pm – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.

Who we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will have previous facilities experience. The successful Part Time Administrator will have a proactive approach and a professional telephone manner. Applicants must be able to work the allocated hours.
