We currently have an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work for a large family run company with offices all over the UK. This company has been established for 30 years and had an excellent name within its industry.

This is a field sales role looking after the Hampshire and the area. Salary up to £25000+ commission with company car, mobile and laptop.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with safety equipment and must have a strong and solid field sales background. Minimum of 4 years experience.

JOB TITLE: Account Manager
PURPOSE: To be responsible for a set of designated customer accounts, managing their needs and promoting sales and service capabilities. To develop customer relationships and identify key contacts within each account. To identify target accounts and sales opportunities within customer organisations and to pursue these opportunities to increase sales whilst maintaining profit margins on each account.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Account Management
• Make regular and scheduled F2F customer contact
• Identify and act on sales opportunities within each account.
• Promote sales of products to maximise sales and optimise profit
• Understand and deliver the objectives of the Sales and Marketing plan in line with business strategy
Customer Development
• Build relationships with customer set
• Respond quickly to customer information requests and visits
• Prepare, maintain and update detailed register of customer development
Performance Management
• Record and monitor sales activity within each account on a regular basis
• Develop realistic sales forecasts in line with the sales model
• Submit sales reports on a daily basis
