While an NVQ Level 2 is desirable it is not essential, but you’ll definitely have plenty of experience working as a carer and dealing with personal care cases. You’ll be full of natural empathy too and will be more than happy working on a 7 day rota basis. In return, we’ll support you every step of the way with some of the best free training in the industry. We’ll also help you progress your career in a warm, supportive care home.
