The role will include cold calling, hard selling and new business development. The role is primarily telephone based and will include liaising with both candidates and clients. Negotiating fees and matching suitable candidates to jobs are all part of the role. There is on the job training and potential to grow within the role and the company.
Person profile:
The ideal candidate will be tenacious, hard-working, goal orientated and hungry to succeed. A confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential.

Skills profile:
Candidates must be educated to degree level. Ideally candidates will have commercial experience and have worked in a sales type environment but naturally this is not applicable to new graduates.
