This role has become available due to our client expanding into the IT sector. This is a consultative role and doesn't involve hard sales. Initially the role will be building up a database of candidates from the IT sector. You will be sourcing them from various websites and adverts will be posted to generate responses. After about 6 months you will begin to deal with clients to get a better idea of what candidates they are looking for in order to find a better match for them. There is a commission structure in place from the beginning with excellent earning potential.
Person profile:
The ideal candidate will be very business minded, hard working and keen to succeed. They are looking for individuals who are well presented and have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently over the phone. The company is very clear, concise and honest and they are seeking individuals who match that profile.

Skills profile:
A good working knowledge of MS packages is essential and candidates will ideally be degree educated.
