Full Description:

To respond promptly and within defined benchmarks to letters and telephone calls from customers, dealers and professional bodies.
To assist dealers to respond to their customer issues promptly, professionally and ensure that they operate within the procedures laid down.
To ensure that all claims made by customers and dealers are fully assessed and that the appropriate resolutions are applied.
To visit a dealers with the aim to improve the dealer networks customer handling/issue resolving skills.
