The purpose of the role is to provide full support to the Director and the team. The role is very varied and hands-on and duties will include;
·Diary management.
·Producing PowerPoint presentations.
·Liaising with clients over the phone.
·Assisting clients with incoming queries.
·Organising events.
·Attending client meetings when necessary.
Person profile:
The ideal candidate will be highly proactive and organised with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. They need someone who is confident picking up new packages and can utilise social networking sites such as Twitter and Flickr. Knowledge of Bookkeeping and HR processes is essential. Candidates must have a calm and forward thinking attitude and be able to ensure the overall smooth-running of the office.

Skills profile:
Only candidates who are extremely computer literate will be considered. Knowledge of SAGE software, MS Word and PowerPoint are specifically essential.
