Job profile:
Our client is seeking a proactive and focused individual to spearhead their graduate recruitment program. You will be responsible for developing advertising strategies for the graduate recruitment campaigns, speaking to universities and setting up career fairs. You will also carry out assessment centres and assess key competencies. This role involves attending career fairs across the UK and conducting detailed competency based telephone interviews. In the height of the campaign, you will be interviewing every day for a couple of months. As the final part of the process you will be responsible for giving feedback to candidates from their telephone interviews and assessment centres.

Person profile:
Previous experience in high volume graduate recruitment essential. Interviewing and assessment skills.
