Job profile: Our client, a successful pharmaceutical recruitment company based in High Wycombe, is expanding and therefore looking to recruit a top calibre graduate with a science degree.
You will be responsible for business development, managing the new accounts you bring onboard, candidate selection, telephone screening and face-to-face interviewing.
Our client requires somebody looking for a career in recruitment and a real desire to succeed.
Person profile: The successful candidate may have gained relevant experience working within a recruitment environment. You will be extremely comfortable with making calls, liaising with clients and bringing in new business. Excellent communication skills are key to this role with a can-do attitude.

Skills profile: BSc science degree is required, based on the types of companies you will be dealing with. Previous experience in the recruitment field would be an advantage but is not essential.
