Job profile: Excellent opportunity to join market leader in Marlow!!!

Our client is looking to recruit an Administration and Payroll Clerk. You will be responsible for processing the monthly payroll for salaried employees within the company each month and to fulfil the HR team and H&S admin requirements.

The role is extremely varied and some of the duties include

Payroll

- processing and submitting monthly payroll including statutory year end returns and P60s

- responsible for creating, maintaining and updating all payroll processes

- dealing with employee salary and payroll queries

- maintaining and updating P11D database with employee benefits

- sending all P45s/P46s to Revenue and Customers for all starters and leavers

Admin Support

- processing all new starters and leavers including production of employment contracts, induction packs, reference requests, company handbooks, leaver letters and holiday payments

- processing all paperwork associated with employment changes and variation to contracts

- creating and maintaining all employee personnel files

- supporting the admin of annual pay review, employee survey and HR stats

- maintaining a monthly payroll file for all new starters, leavers, changes and bonuses

- maintaining monthly phone bills

H&S Admin Support

- creating, maintaining and reviewing H&S records in line with legislation

- liaising with Facilities Administrator to ensure H&S needs of the business are met

Person profile: The successful candidate will be flexible, accurate with superb attention to detail. They will also be highly organised with the ability to prioritise. Must also be process driven and a team player.

Skills profile: Must have experience of payroll. SAGE would be an advantage. Must possess strong MS Word and Excel skills. HR admin experience is desirable but not essential.
