Hours of work will include: - Monday to Friday 8.30 - 6pm, Sat 9am - 5pm and Sun 11am - 4pm. The company work every other weekend, and 1 Sunday a month however you get a day off during the week for this.

Duties:-

- Registering applicants, booking viewings and conducting where necessary
- Following up and giving feedback to the vendors the following day
- Taking offers and converting to sales
- Booking market appraisals (valuations), booking mortgage appointments and generating foreign property leads.
- Providing support to other members of the team at all times.

This is a very target driven role. Our client is looking for somebody with some experience within an estate agency.

Excellent communication skills are required both over the phone and face to face.
