Our client based in Marlow is looking to recruit a Pre-Sales Executive to join their team on a 10 month contract.
Duties include
- downloading orders from web link onto company database
- fulfillment of payments through web
- verification of customers details
- dealing with customer queries and issues
- processing orders
- stock transfer requests
- detection and prevention of fraud
Person profile: The successful candidate will be organised and self motivated with the ability to spot sales opportunities. They will be flexible and enthusiastic with a positive outlook.
Company profile: Market leading company based in Marlow.
Skills profile: Must have good communication skills and sound education with a minimum of 5 GCSE`s or equivalent or relevant customer service experience.
