Job profile:
The purpose of the role is to support the sales team by managing the sale after the trade has been made. This includes documenting the order, allocating the goods on the system, booking transport, arranging delivery dates, invoicing the customer and managing inventory. You will also work closely with the accounts department.
Main responsibilities will include;
-Coordinating shipments
-Investigating claims and shortages
-Preparing export documentation
-Liaising with head office in Asia
-Managing customer sales orders
-Working with all aspects of export and import documents

Person profile:
The successful candidate will have experience and achievement in a similar role and strong knowledge of export documentation. A strong administration background is required and you must have a confident and polite telephone manner. We are looking for a candidate who is customer focussed, confident and a team player.

Company profile:
You will be working on behalf of an international company that imports and exports good across Europe, Asia and North America.

Skills profile:
Good keyboard skills and sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook are essential. All candidates must be educated to at-least A-Level standard or equivalent.
