Full Description:

Our client is looking for experienced Customer Services Advisors to work in their busy Contact Centre. Taking calls from members of the public and resolving queries. Candidates must have at least 6 months customer service experience in a similar environment and have a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Attention to details is also important for this role.
