The primary responsibilities include the development and project management of products (services) and activities in support of Business Development and Account Management teams in order to achieve team targets. The role also includes the marketing of these products and services to existing clients and therefore past experience in marketing as well as project management would be advantageous.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a complete understanding of the company\'s services and products.
  • Development and planning in conjunction with the team leader in order to achieve performance and profit goals.
  • Ensure regular contact with suppliers is maintained and controlled and recorded in a logical manger within the management database.
  • Answer relevant queries from client employees regarding products they are directly responsible for.
  • Assist with data administration from product services and develop solutions with clients for management information.
  • Ensure purchases by the company are made to minimum costs in adherence with the company quality policy.
  • Compliance with applicable operating standards.
  • Maintain working processes, procedures and best practices.
  • Provide information for and attend management meetings when necessary.


    You should be capable of digesting complex information regarding the product & service line including legislative and legal implications and requirements. Team cooperation is important and so you should be an excellent communicator and must be able to fit in and function effectively within a team. You must have financial acumen as purchases will be made on the company\'s behalf.

    Qualifications and Experience:
  • A-Level educated or equivalent work experience (graduates desirable).
  • Previous product (service type) management or marketing experience desirable.
  • Excellent IT skills (including MS Office and the ability to understand other client management software). The salary is around the £25k to £27k area with excellent holidays and benefits.
